MES Facilities Rental

Marseilles Elementary School is pleased to offer its facilities for community use, providing a space for events, meetings, and other activities. We welcome individuals, community groups, and organizations to take advantage of our well-maintained and versatile spaces. Please review the rental process below and then complete the rental application form.

Rental Process

  1. Application: To rent our school facilities, interested parties must complete and submit a Facility Use Application. This form will be available on our website, and it must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the desired rental date.

  2. Insurance: All renters must provide proof of liability insurance. This insurance must cover any potential damages or injuries that may occur during the use of the school facilities.

  3. Regulations: Renters are expected to adhere to all school policies and regulations while using the facilities. This includes maintaining the cleanliness of the space and ensuring that all activities are appropriate for a school setting.

  4. Approval: All applications are subject to review and approval by school administration. Approval is based on the availability of the space and the nature of the event. School-related events and activities take precedence over external rentals.
